Day 0: Delhi to Mussoorie | Overnight journey

  • Start your Mussoorie weekend tour in the evening from Delhi. Leave from Delhi at night from Kashmiri Gate in a volvo bus.
  • Overnight journey to Mussoorie.

 Day 1: Mussoorie arrival | Local sightseeing

  • After arriving in Mussoorie, transfer to goSTOPS Mussoorie on your own.
  • Check in to the hostel- goSTOPS Mussoorie and freshen up.
  • After freshening up, get ready to explore Mussoorie.

Day 3: Explore Mussoorie | Delhi departure

  • Post breakfast, check out from the hostel and explore the city on your own or opt for one of the add on experiences.
  • After spending some leisurely time exploring the beautiful hill station, board the volvo bus to Delhi.
  • Reach Delhi by the next morning and end your trip with beautiful memories.

Kempty waterfall- Visit the most famous waterfall located just 15 km away from Mussoorie Kempty Falls, which once served as a tea party spot for Britishers. Spend some time here and take a dip in the natural pool of Kempty Falls.

Gun Hill excursion- Situated at an altitude of 6,640 ft,  Gun Hill is the second highest peak in Mussoorie and offers 360 degree views of Himalayan ranges such as Gangotri, Srikantha etc. Located at 400 ft above the mall road, one can either hike upto the hill viewpoint or take a cable car ride by enjoying the scenic views of the valley and beautiful town of Mussoorie. 

George Everest hike- Situated at a distance of 6 km from Gandhi chowk, George Everest house is one of the major tourist attractions in Mussoorie. It is a perfect place to explore for those looking for time away from the hustle and bustle of city life.  It offers spectacular views of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks and panoramic views of the Doon Valley.

Jharipani Waterfall hike- Located at a distance of 9 km from Mussoorie, Jharipani falls offers enchanting views of the Doon valley and the mighty Shivalik range. Spend some time here admiring the catchy views of the splendid waterfall and the lush green forested hills.

Lal Tibba hike- Lal Tibba distance from goSTOPS property is around 4.5 km. Situated at an altitude of 7,460 ft, Lal Tibba is the highest point in the Mussoorie and offers panoramic views of the Tibet border, further one can take some amazing look of Himalayan peaks like Badrinath, Kedarnath, etc with the help of telescope installed on the towers.

How to reach?

By Air: The nearest airport to Kashmiri Gate is Indira Gandhi International Airport, located at a distance of 20 km. It takes around 45 mins to reach there from the airport. There is a metro line also available from Airport to New Delhi railway station.

By Train: The nearest railway station to Kashmiri Gate is Old Delhi railway station located at a distance of around 2 km. New Delhi railway station, which connects all the major cities by train route is also 4 km from Kashmiri Gate.

By Road: Kashmiri Gate is well connected by road and metro line. Maharana Pratap ISBT is the nearest bus terminal for Kashmiri Gate. Kashmiri Gate metro station is on Delhi metro red, yellow, and violet line which is accessible from all the major places in city.
