DETAILED ITINERARY

  • Upon arrival in Naggar, meet your trek guide and after a short briefing session, start your drive to the Patlikuhal- the starting point of the trek.
  • On reaching Patlikuhal, start your trek to Chaklani.
  • Pass through the dense forests of pine, oak and birch trees and then a gradual ascend on grassy pastures to reach Chaklani camp.
  • Chaklani campsite offers mesmerizing views of the Kullu valley and snow capped peaks of the Dhauladhar ranges.
  • Check in to the camps and explore the surrounding meadows.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Chaklani.

  • Enjoy breakfast at Chaklani, and head towards Chanderkhani Pass.
  • Admire the views of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks and walk through the patches of high altitude flower fields to reach the pass.
  • On reaching the summit, soak yourself in the jaw dropping views of Pir Pranjal, Dhauladhar ranges, and Parvati valley.
  • After spending some time at the pass, we will start descending and walk all the way down to Chaklani campsite.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in camps under the star studded sky.

  • Post breakfast, descend down to the Patlikuhal through the smearing meadows and the forest of Oak and Pine and old villages of Kullu valley.
  • Upon reaching Patlikuhal, board the vehicle to Naggar.
  • Reach Naggar by late afternoon. The Chanderkhani trek package ends here with beautiful memories.
