• Fixed time slots are available; participants must be ready 15 minutes before the experience commencement time.

• Guests have to reach the coffee plantation location by self for that cost is not included
• Slots are subject to availability, so guests are recommended to book early.
• Since slots are limited and booking closes after checkout, we recommend securing your spot in advance.

• Experience is subject to weather and seasonal conditions. In case of unfavorable weather or safety concerns, the hike may be cancelled with prior notice. A full refund or alternate experience will be offered.

• If your experience is scheduled on the day of checkout and may extend beyond the checkout time, we kindly request you to check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception for your convenience.

• Please note that this experience is exclusively available to goSTOPS guests; outside participants are not permitted.

• Guests are advised to keep buffer time when planning any experience.

Confirmation Policy

• The booking will be confirmed immediately, subject to the absence of minimum participant requirements or availability constraints.

• For all bookings, the operator's details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience date.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided if a participant fails to show up. This will be considered a no-show.
