11. Customer Obligations and Responsibilities (Community and Experiences)
11.1 Selection of Services- The Customer is solely responsible for selecting experiences, events, or community-based activities offered on the goSTOPS Platform and ensuring that such Services align with their personal interests, health, capabilities, and preferences. goSTOPS shall bear no liability for any inconvenience, dissatisfaction, or harm resulting from inappropriate or misaligned selections made by the Customer.
11.2 Accuracy of Personal Information Customers must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when:

Creating or updating a user account on the goSTOPS Platform, and

Registering or booking participation in any Experience.
goSTOPS shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or issues arising from false, misleading, or outdated Customer data. The Customer shall also remain solely responsible for all actions performed using their account, including event registrations made for companions or minors, except where unauthorized use results from demonstrable external misuse beyond the Customer’s control.
Customers must promptly notify goSTOPS of any suspected account compromise or unauthorized bookings by contacting the support team through the channels listed in Article 9.
11.3 Compliance with Platform Terms -The Customer agrees to use the goSTOPS Platform and all associated Experience Services in accordance with applicable laws, venue-specific rules, and these General Terms and Conditions. Any misuse or breach—such as misrepresentation, disorderly conduct, or non-compliance with activity requirements—may result in exclusion from the event, financial liability, or legal action.
11.4 Booking and Payment Requirements

The Customer shall complete all necessary booking formalities, including payment of fees and agreement to any applicable Special Conditions specific to the event or activity.

Incomplete, false, or fraudulent bookings or payments may lead to cancellation without notice and without refund, at the Customer’s cost. goSTOPS also reserves the right to take appropriate legal or administrative action in such cases.
11.5 Conduct During Community Events and Experiences While participating in any Experience, the Customer must adhere to the following rules:

Respectful Conduct: Customers must behave respectfully toward facilitators, guides, fellow participants, and host communities. Disruptive, aggressive, or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Items: Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or external food/beverages during events is strictly subject to the event host’s approval and may be regulated by venue or local policy.

Safety Compliance: Customers must follow the safety instructions provided by event organizers or representatives. Interference with the experience delivery or facilitation will not be tolerated.

Public Decorum: Acts contrary to public order or that negatively affect the environment, community, or others' experience may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

Minor Participants: Individuals under the legal age of majority must be accompanied by a legally authorized adult who may be asked to produce consent documentation.

Technology Use: Any misuse of digital infrastructure or shared content (e.g., photography, recordings, materials shared during workshops) without authorization is prohibited. Customers must not engage in illegal sharing or reproduction of any protected content.
11.6 Damage and Liability- the Customer is liable for any damage to property, equipment, or harm to personnel or fellow participants that arises from their actions or negligence during an Experience. All resulting repair or replacement costs, penalties, or third-party claims shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility.
goSTOPS retains the right to deny participation in future activities, recover losses, or initiate legal proceedings in response to material breaches of conduct or misuse of Services
