Sunrise Sojourn: Nandi Hills Trek

-A photocopy of your Aadhar/Voter ID (Compulsory for obtaining permits)

-A compact backpack to hold your necessities during the trek

-Water bottles - 1-2 (Each of 1 liter)

-Raincoat (poncho) or Bag covers for potential rain

-Comfortable trekking shoes with good grip and an extra pair of socks

-A torch or headlamp for nighttime use

-Portable chargers for your electronic devices

-Portable snacks such as energy boosters, tissues, chocolates, dry fruits, etc., for consumption during the trek

-Personal medication

-Snacks if required

 

Eligibility Criteria:

• This hike is easy, but participants must be in good health and lead an active lifestyle.

• Individuals with elbow, knee, spine injuries, or back pain should inform the guide and are advised not to participate.

• Hiking is not recommended for pregnant women.

Critical notes

• Fixed time slots are available; participants must be ready 15 minutes before pickup.

• The booking window closes 2 hours before the experience start time.
• Since slots are limited and booking closes after checkout, we recommend securing your spot in advance.
• The pickup location is approximately 9 km from the Gandhinagar property. Guests are kindly requested to plan their travel accordingly and arrive with sufficient buffer time

• Hiking is subject to weather and seasonal conditions. In case of unfavorable weather or safety concerns, the hike may be cancelled with prior notice. A full refund or alternate experience will be offered.

• If your experience is scheduled on the day of checkout and may extend beyond the checkout time, we kindly request you to check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception for your convenience.

• Please note that this experience is exclusively available to goSTOPS guests; outside participants are not permitted.

• Guests are advised to keep buffer time when planning any experience.

 

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement.

• For all bookings, the operator's details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience date.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided if a participant fails to show up. This will be considered a no-show.
