What You’ll Experience in Rishikesh Paragliding

• Flight Duration:

  • Short Flight: 7–12 minutes (including video & gypsy ride)

• Eligibility:

  • Open to anyone 12 years and above

• Weight Guidelines:

  • Allowed weight range: 30–95 kg

  • Prior confirmation required for participants above 95 kg

1. Paragliding Flight: 7–11 minutes of flying time with a trained pilot

Eligibility

• Indemnity form must be filled out before starting the activity.

• Overweight Policy: If your weight is above 96kg, an additional charge of
  Rs. 1000 will be applicable for paragliding

• Not Recommended For:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with injuries to the elbow, knee, spine, or those with chronic back pain (must inform the pilot in advance)

  • Individuals with severe anxiety issues or fear of heights

Critical Notes:

• Alcohol and restricted drugs are strictly prohibited before paragliding.

• Avoid heavy meals before the activity.

• Do not carry loose items during the flight; keep essentials like wallet and mobile in a zipped pocket or hand them to the pilot.

• Paragliding is weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled due to strong winds, rain, snow, or thunderstorms. In such cases, it can be either rescheduled or refunded.

• Guests are required to fill out an indemnity waiver form at the time of registration. All medical conditions must be declared during registration.

• This paragliding activity is suitable for participants aged 16 to 45 years.

• The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

• If the experience is scheduled on your checkout day and extends beyond the checkout time, kindly check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception before joining the activity.

 

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
