What You Will Experience

Duration: 2 Hours (15-20 Minutes Flying time)

Eligibility

• Weight Limit: 30 kg to 90 kg. Guests between 90–110 kg may be allowed with an additional pilot charge of INR 500, subject to weather conditions and the guest’s fitness.

• Minimum Age: 12 years.

• Indemnity form must be filled before starting the activity.

• Not Recommended For:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with injuries to the elbow, knee, spine, or those with chronic back pain (must inform the pilot in advance)

  • Individuals with severe anxiety issues or fear of heights

Inclusions:

• Certified and experienced pilot

• GoPro video recording of your flight

• 15–20 minutes of flying time

• Drop at the landing site

• Pick-up from goSTOPS Bir property to take-off site (Billing)

Exclusions:

• Return transfers from Bir Landing site to goSTOPS property

• Additional charges for extra photography (other than GoPro video included)

• Anything not mentioned in inclusions

 

Note: During evening paragliding, especially in the sunset slot, there may be bad weather or fog. Therefore, we recommend postponing the session to the next morning. However, if the guest insists on going the same evening, an additional vehicle charge of ₹300 per person if there are 2 people will apply, and the next paragliding session will be allotted based on weather conditions — it could be on the same day or the following day.

 

Critical Notes:

• Alcohol and restricted drugs are strictly prohibited before paragliding.

• Avoid heavy meals before the activity.

• Due to the peak season, if guests book specific time slots, the paragliding schedule may be delayed or advanced by 15–30 minutes in rare cases because of transfer or billing issues.

• The drive to the takeoff point takes around 45 minutes on hilly roads.

• Do not carry loose items during the flight; keep essentials like wallet and mobile in a zipped pocket or hand them to the pilot.

• Paragliding is weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled due to strong winds, rain, snow, or thunderstorms. In such cases, it can be either rescheduled or refunded.

• Guests are required to fill out an indemnity waiver form at the time of registration. All medical conditions must be declared during registration.

• This paragliding activity is suitable for participants aged 16 to 45 years.

• The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

• If the experience is scheduled on your checkout day and extends beyond the checkout time, kindly check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception before joining the activity.

 

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
