• Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to ensure a smooth start.

• Kindly note that experiences cannot be rescheduled or refunded in case of late arrival due to weather, or personal reasons.

• If your experience is on your checkout day, please check out in advance and keep your luggage at the reception.

• We suggest keeping a little buffer time in your schedule to avoid any last-minute rush.

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
