Important notes: 

This experience is subject to weather & seasonal conditions. In case of unfavorable weather such as high tides, rain, maintainance or safety concerns, it may be cancelled with prior notice. A full refund or an alternate experience will be offered.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Kayaking:

• Fitness Level: Basic physical fitness is required; participants should be able to paddle comfortably.

• Swimming Skills: Not mandatory, but comfort in water is recommended.

• Age Limit: Suitable for ages 10 and above (children must be accompanied by an adult).

• Medical Conditions: Not recommended for individuals with serious medical issues like epilepsy, heart conditions, or recent surgeries.

• Pregnancy: Not advised for pregnant women.

 

What to Bring for Kayaking

• Quick-dry or comfortable clothing (avoid jeans/heavy fabrics)

• Extra set of clothes

• Waterproof sandals or flip-flops

• Towel

• Hat and sunglasses (with strap)

• Sunscreen (reef-safe, water-resistant)

• Waterproof bag or dry bag for valuables

Critical Notes:

• Fixed time slots are followed. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before departure at the pickup location. 

• Since slots are limited and booking closes after checkout, we recommend securing your spot in advance.
• The meeting location is approximately 6 km from goSTOPS Vagator. Transfers are not included, so guests are required to arrange their own transportation.

• This experience is subject to weather and seasonal conditions. In case of unfavorable weather or safety concerns, it may be cancelled with prior notice. A full refund or an alternate experience will be offered.

• If your experience is scheduled on your checkout day and may extend beyond the checkout time, we kindly request you to check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception.

• This experience is exclusively available to goSTOPS guests; outside participants are not permitted.

• Guests are strongly advised to keep buffer time when planning any experiences.

 

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
