Itinerary

Day 1: McLeod Ganj – Kareri Village – Kareri Lake

• Meeting Point: Manu Adventures India

• Meeting Time: 10:00 AM
•  Drive from McLeod Ganj to Kareri Village (Approx. 35 km / 1.5–2 hrs)
• Start trek from Kareri Village
• Trail passes through oak, pine & rhododendron forests
• First 2 km gradual walk, followed by ascent along Kareri Nallah stream
• Multiple small wooden bridge crossings
• Reach Kareri Lake campsite
• Evening tea & dinner
• Overnight stay in tents near the lake

Distance: 13–14 km
Altitude: ~2,934 m

• Day 2: Kareri Lake – Kareri Village – McLeod Ganj
  
•  Morning breakfast at campsite
• Descend to Kareri Village through forest trail
• Drive back to McLeod Ganj

Distance: 12–13 km
Altitude: 2,200 m

• Experiences cannot be rescheduled or refunded in case of late arrival due to weather or personal reasons.
• If your experience is on your checkout day, please check out in advance and keep your luggage at the reception.
• Keep a buffer time in your schedule to avoid last-minute rush.
