Heritage Cycle Tour

Critical Notes:

• Fixed time slots are followed. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before start time at the pickup location. 

• Since slots are limited and booking closes after checkout, we recommend securing your spot in advance.
• A minimum of 2 participants is required to operate this cycle tour. In case the minimum requirement is not met, the booking will be canceled and a full refund will be initiated. Our team will try their best to arrange the tour for a single participant, but the chances of confirmation are very low.
• The meeting location is 12 km from goSTOPS Auroville. As transfers are not included in this tour, guests are required to make their own travel arrangements accordingly.

• This experience is subject to weather and seasonal conditions. In case of unfavorable weather or safety concerns, it may be cancelled with prior notice. A full refund or an alternate experience will be offered.

• If your experience is scheduled on your checkout day and may extend beyond the checkout time, we kindly request you to check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception.

• This experience is exclusively available to goSTOPS guests; outside participants are not permitted.

• Guests are strongly advised to keep buffer time when planning any experiences.

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
