Checklist for what to bring: Carry a backpack with a rain cover, an umbrella, and a water bottle.

Critical Notes:

• Fixed time slots are available. Participants must be ready at least 15 minutes before the experience start time.

• Since slots are limited and booking closes after checkout, we recommend securing your spot in advance.
• Guests are requested to exercise caution during the e-bike tour. While the operator will provide safety equipment, riders are advised to ride carefully at all times.
• Meeting Location is 2.5 km from goSTOPS Ooty. 

• This experience is subject to weather and seasonal conditions. In case of unfavourable weather or safety concerns, it may be cancelled with prior notice. A full refund or an alternate experience will be offered.

• If your experience is scheduled on your checkout day and may extend beyond the checkout time, we kindly request you to check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception.

• This experience is exclusively available to goSTOPS guests; outside participants are not permitted.

• Guests are advised to keep buffer time while planning any experience.

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
