Time Slot: 11 am - 12 pm (Except Sunday)

Critical Notes:

• If the experience is scheduled on your checkout day and may extend beyond the checkout time, we kindly request you to check out in advance and leave your luggage at the reception before joining the experience.

• This experience requires a minimum participation of 2 guests. In case the minimum requirement is not met, the tour will not operate & will be cancelled with full refund & prior notification.
• Since slots are limited and booking closes after checkout, we recommend securing your spot in advance.
• The booking window closes 18 hours before the experience start time.

• In case of availability/operational issues, this tour may be cancelled, and a full refund will be initiated.

• Guests are advised to keep buffer time when planning for any experience.

• This experience is exclusively available to goSTOPS guests; outside participants are not permitted.
• Transfers are not included up to the meeting location, so guests must report to the meeting point mentioned above.

 

Confirmation Policy

• Booking will be confirmed immediately if there is no minimum participant requirement or availability issue.

• For all bookings, the operator’s details will be shared 24 hours prior to the experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

• If the supplier cancels due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or an alternate date will be offered (subject to the supplier’s policy and availability).

• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and credited within 5–7 working days.

• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

• For experiences with a minimum requirement of 2, 4, or 5 participants (as mentioned in the critical notes), the activity may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, prior notice will be given, and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
