Agra is well-connected to other parts of the country with a good network of trains and buses. However, it is not directly connected to the major cities by flight.
By Air
The nearest airports to Agra are in Delhi (230 km) and Gwalior (123 km). Check the bus/cab section to cover the rest of the way.
By
Train
Agra Cantt and Agra Fort railway stations are well-connected to major cities across the country. Agra Cantt is 8 km from our property, while Agra Fort is 7 km from it. You may take an auto/cab (INR 100-150) to cover the rest of the way. A shared cab would cost around INR 15-20 from both the railway stations. You can ask the auto/cab driver to drop you off at Taj Nagri. The hostel is 150 meters from Radisson Blu, Silk gram road.
By Taxi
From Delhi : A direct taxi from here costs INR 3000-4000 and takes around 3.5 hours to cover the 230 km journey.
From Jaipur: Agra is 250 km from Jaipur and a direct taxi from here costs around INR 4000-5000 and takes 4.5 hours for the journey.
From Lucknow: A direct taxi from here costs INR 4000-5000 and takes around 5 hours to cover the 330 km journey.
From Kanpur: Agra is 4.5 hours/271 km away from Kanpur and a direct taxi costs INR 4000-5000.
By Bus
Regular buses ply to and fro from major cities including Delhi, Jaipur, Gwalior, Lucknow and Kanpur. You may board a bus from the respective cities and it will drop you off at one of these points:
Idgah bus stand: (buses coming from Rajasthan and MP) 7 km from goSTOPS Agra
Agra ISBT:12 km from goSTOPS Agra
MG Road, Agra:8 km from goSTOPS Agra
You can take direct auto (INR 100-250) from all the above three points to reach the hostel. You may also take a shared auto to Bijli Ghar/Agra fort, from where you will get another shared auto till our hostel. This will cost around INR 30-40.
If you are coming via your own vehicle, you can use this location for navigation. You can also use “Radisson Blu, Silk gram road” as a nearby landmark(150 meters) for navigation.
